Title: Oklahoma Firearms Freedom Act
Vote to override a veto of a bill that would exclude Oklahoma-made firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition that remains within state boarders from federal law and regulation.
- -A firearm that cannot be carried and used by one person;
-A firearm that has a bore diameter greater than one and one-half (1 ½) inches and that uses smokeless powder, not black powder, as a propellant; or
-Ammunition with a projectile that explodes using and explosion of chemical energy after the projectile leaves the firearm.
NOTE: A TWO-THIRDS MAJORITY OF MEMBERS ELECTED IS REQUIRED TO OVERRIDE A GOVERNOR'S VETO.
