Title: Voter Identification and Poll Regulation
Vote to pass a bill that requires a form of non-expired, government-issued photo identification to vote. The bill allows voters without proper identification to cast a provisional ballot. The state is responsible for issuing free photo identification cards to registered voters who cannot provide other information. The bill also prohibits state courts from extending polling hours and requires persons being paid and collecting more than ten voter registration applications to register as a voter registration solicitor.
