Vote to pass a bill that, beginning July 1, 2010, authorizes individuals with concealed carry permits to carry a loaded or unloaded concealed weapon into restaurants that serves only beer and wine, and derives at least 60 percent of its annual gross receipts from the sale of food for consumption on the premises.

Highlights:
-Authorizes restaurants to prohibit the carrying of firearms by posting signs in conspicuous locations at each public entrance, or by verbal instruction by the owner or manager (Sec. 1).
