Vote to pass a bill that requires manufacturers of cellular telephones to include a warning label on such phones that are to be sold to retailers in Maine or for use in Maine.

-Requires manufacturers of cell phones for use or retail sale in Maine to include a warning label that is legible, non-removable and located in a prominent place on both the front and back of the packaging, and that includes a color graphic of "Brain of a Five-Year Old," that takes up at least 30 percent of the label (Sec. 1 & 2). -Requires the warning label to include the following statement: "WARNING, THIS DEVICE EMITS ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION, EXPOSURE TO WHICH MAY CAUSE BRAIN CANCER.
