Title: Prohibiting Health Care Mandates
Vote to pass a resolution that submits a constitutional amendment to the voters that states that no law, rule, or regulation shall compel any person, employer or health care provider to participate in any health care system.
NOTE: AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION REQUIRES TWO-THIRDS APPROVAL IN EACH CHAMBER FOR PASSAGE. IT MUST THEN BE APPROVED BY A MAJORITY OF CITIZENS VOTING IN THE NEXT ELECTION TO BE ENACTED.
