Title: Prohibiting Health Care Mandates

Vote to pass a resolution that submits a constitutional amendment to the voters that states that no law, rule, or regulation shall compel any person, employer or health care provider to participate in any health care system.

Highlights:
-States that persons or employers shall be allowed to pay directly for lawful health care services without penalties or fines (Sec. 2). -States that a health care provider may accept direct payment and shall not be penalized or fined for accepting direct payment for lawful health care services (Sec. 2).
