Vote to pass a bill that allows individuals who are qualified to register to vote to submit a voter registration application on the Secretary of State's website.

Highlights:

-Requires that the software used for processing applications must provide for immediate verification of the following (Sec. 3):

-That the applicant has a valid Georgia driver's license or identification card with a number that matches the number on file with the Department of Driver Services; -That the date of birth provided matches the date of birth on file; and -That the applicant is a citizen of the United States and the citizenship information provided matches the information on file.
