Vote to pass a bill that requires physicians or other licensed performers of abortion procedures to offer a woman seeking an abortion, at least 1 hour before the procedure, the opportunity to view or decline to view ultrasound images of the fetus, if an ultrasound was conducted prior to or in conjunction with the procedure.
