Vote to pass a bill that requires that a woman seeking an abortion must be informed, at least 24 hours before the abortion, that she will be presented with a form that she must fill our prior to the abortion in which she must certify her choice of whether or not she will view or decline to view an ultrasound image of the fetus, if an ultrasound is performed.
