Vote to pass a bill that repeals the 5 year residency requirement for children of documented immigrants to be eligible for health care coverage under the state Medicaid plan and the Utah Children's Health Insurance Program beginning July 1, 2012, and specifies that such children are eligible regardless of the length of their residency in the country.
