Vote to pass a bill that establishes that incandescent light bulbs manufactured commercially or privately in the state of Arizona and not exported to another state are not subject to federal law or regulation under interstate commerce.

Highlights:

• Authorizes a person to posses, use, manufacture, purchase, install, transport, sell or internationally export an incandescent light bulb that is manufactured commercially or privately in the state of Arizona if the light bulb is not exported to another state (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that the importation of any generic or insignificant part into the state of Arizona that has other manufacturing or consumer product applications or any base materials does not subject the incandescent light bulb to federal regulation (Sec. 1).
