-Requires applicants for a new license, license renewal, or license replacement to submit an affidavit to the city licensing agency, under penalty of perjury, proving lawful presence in the U.S. (Secs. 1-2). -Requires applicants working with partners, officers, or directors to submit an affidavit, under penalty of perjury, proving the lawful presence of such partners, officers, or directors in the U.S. (Secs. 1-2). -This is a substitute bill sponsored by Rep. Stephen Sandstrom.
