Title: Expanding Homicide to Include "Unborn Child"

Vote on a motion to declare a bill inexpedient to legislation that expands the definition of "another" to include an "unborn child" with respect to the crimes of 1st and 2nd degree murder, manslaughter, negligent homicide, and causing and aiding suicide.

Highlights:
-Exempts the following from the expansion of homicide to include the death of an "unborn child" (Sec. 2):
    -Any act committed by the mother; -Any medical procedure, including abortion, performed by a physician or licensed medical professional at the request of the pregnant mother or her legal guardian; and -Lawful dispensation or administration of lawfully prescribed medication.
