Vote to pass a concurrent resolution that declares sovereignty under the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution and issues a statement of opposition to specific mandates issued by the federal government.

Highlights:
-Specifies that the concurrent resolution is a "notice and demand" to the federal government to do all of the following:
    -Cease and desist mandates that are "beyond the scope of constitutionally delegated powers;" -Prohibit and repeal any mandate that directs states to comply or face civil or criminal penalties; and -Prohibit and repeal any mandate that requires states to pass legislation or lose federal funding.
-Requires a copy of the concurrent resolution be delivered to the President of the United States.
