Vote to pass a bill that declares as the public policy of the state the right of all citizens of Idaho to freely choose any mode of securing health care service without penalty or threat of penalty by the federal government, and requires the Attorney General to seek injunctive and any other appropriate relief as quickly as possible for a violation of this policy.

-Prohibits public officials, employees, or agents of the state of Idaho or any of its political subdivisions, from imposing, collecting, enforcing, or effectuating any penalty in the state of Idaho that violates the policy established by this Act (Sec. 1).
