Highlights:
-Requires the sale of the state Citation jet under the following guidelines (Sec. 1):
- -Creating an advertisement in at least 1 publication and 1 newspaper published by the State of Mississippi, with the first publication to be made not less than 15 days before the date upon which the auction will be held;
-Holding a public auction to be held at a date set by the department, which shall not be less than 60 days after the date of notice of the auction by the department; or
-Creating an online auction using eBay, with a minimum reserve requirement that is not less than the fair market value of the jet.
