    -For two years after being employed by the state, the person or family member is "screened" from personal participation in representing, appearing for, or negotiating on behalf of a holder of or applicant for a casino license; and -The former state employee or family member is associated with the partnership, firm, or corporation in a position that does not involve any equity interest in the partnership, firm, or corporation.
-Prohibits the exemption from applying to the following (Sec. 4):
    -A former Governor; -A former Lieutenant Governor; -A former Attorney General; -A former member of the Legislature; -Any member of the governing body, or the municipal judge or municipal attorney, of a municipality where a casino is located; -Any member of or attorney for the planning board or zoning board of adjustment of a municipality where a casino is located; -Any professional planner or consultant regularly employed or retained by a planning board or zoning board of adjustment; or -Members of the "immediate" family of any of the aforementioned persons.
