Title: Voter Identification Requirements
Vote to adopt a conference report that institutes photo identification requirements for all eligible voters in Pennsylvania. This bill specifies places that the county board of elections may select as legitimate polling places. This bill prohibits polling places to be located at a private residence not within the election district. This bill also prohibits at a private residence, office, or building utilized by an elected official, candidate, or political party unless the county board of elections approves the location as well as other specified locations.

This bil states that convicted felons are ineligible to vote in any election until the expiration of the maximum sentence that was imposed at their criminal proceeding. This bill also prohibits a polling place to be located in an office or private residence of a candidate for political office and well as other specified locations.
