Vote to pass a bill that specifies that if a female applying for a marriage license is under 18 years old, she must apply in her county of residence and include the names and addresses of her parents, guardian, or next of kin on the application. The bill also requires circuit clerks to mail marriage license applications to the parents, guardian, or next of kin of the applicants, if either individual is under 18 years old.
