Vote to pass a bill that amends various statutes related to criminal justice for the purpose of budget reconciliation, including directing the Department of Administration to enter into one or more lease purchase agreements involving the sale and lease-purchase of state-owned facilities.
- -Result in net available proceeds of no more than $250 million in the general fund by December 31, 2009;
-Result in a total amount of net available proceeds of no more than $735.42 million in the state general fund by June 30, 2010;
-Last for a fixed term of no more than 20 years; and
-Require the initial lease-purchase payment to be in fiscal year 2010-2011.
